Exceptional dry oloroso, clean and elegant retaining the fresh expression of Palomino grapes grown and aged in close proximity to the sea. Lingering, silky, nutty-salty flavor is clean and clear, with the finesse only possible in an oloroso from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Named for the widow Aurora Ambrosse Lacave, pioneering female sherry executive of the early 20th century.
