The 2020 Le Domaine displays a touch of leather on the nose and drying texture, which is a bit disappointing from this domaine. While there's lovely fruit in the wine, excellent concentration and silk character on the mid-palate, that drying firmness on the finish and suspect aroma is spoiling the wine delights. The 2020 has been rated accordingly. Tasted again a month later, the drying firmness on the finish and bretty character remained.
