Delicate spice, smoke and floral notes accent flavors of crushed cherry, chalky mineral and Marcona almond in this finely knit, vibrant Champagne. Like raw silk, this caresses the palate, and the minerally finish is long and expressive. Disgorged June 2018. Drink now through 2024. 3,400 cases made.

A ripe Champagne with a touch of maturity, this is well balanced and delicious. The wine is softly finished-the acidity just underlining the white fruits. Drink now.

The NV Brut Premier Cru Enfant de la Montagne is a very pretty and expressive Champagne. Pinot Noir and Meunier, along with the natural radiance of the 2012 base vintage, yield a wine of textural resonance and breadth. Dried flowers, mint, chamomile, pear and baked apple add lovely shades of complexity throughout. Bright floral notes develop with time in the glass, adding brightness. This is such an inviting Champagne. Dosage us 7 grams per liter.
