Pronounced passionfruit together with fresh herbs, fruit salad and floral aromas lead to an intense, fruit-driven palate with a chalky minerality and good concentration. This wine is from the outstanding 2020 vintage and rates highly on the drinkability scale! Pairs well with seafood, shellfish, salads, feta, goat cheese, fresh herbs,
Vietnamese-style dishes, garlic prawns, light Thai dishes.

It takes its time opening in the glass, but when it does the oniony notes blow off and the citrus, guava and passion fruit aromas float to the fore, followed by green bean and bell pepper. The palate is very youthful and pungent with searing acidity and a tight but intriguing texture, the fruit squeaking through and the sulfur apparent at the moment. But a refreshing tingle of citrusy fruit suggests this may simply need another year in the bottle to settle.

This leans into green grassy notes, with touches of jalapeño, lemongrass and thyme to mingle with citrus flavors on a lean, mouthwatering body. Drink now. 10,000 cases made, 1,008 cases imported.
