A steely version, with a firm backbone of acidity, notes of crunchy pear, raw almond and lemon pith, and an intensity to the lively mousse. The NV Extra Brut La Grâce d'Hakamiah is gorgeous in this release, with lovely balance of richness and energy. Creamy and expansive, the La Grâce d'Hakamiah is absolutely delicious today. Lemon confit, white flowers and white pepper build as this mid-weight, beautifully layered Champagne shows off its allure. Some slightly angular contours remain, but that is not enough to detract from the wine's pleasure. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: March 1, 2019.
